Policy management

From draft
to policy in force.

Draft, approve, sign and file municipal policies from the SharePoint libraries they already live in.

• Every policy stays a Document Set in your own SharePoint library
• Route each draft for approval and file it under your filing rules
• Ask staff to acknowledge a policy and see who has read it
• Review dates and reminders keep every policy current
